We will go over the details you feel are important and discuss how coaching work before you purchase anything.
In our 90 minute consultation we will go over your health details, stress levels, goals for yourself and any information you feel is important to a whole body approach.
Numerous things in your life could contribute to your food challenges, so 90 minutes gives us a good amount of time to discuss some of these things and get a personalized plan started for you.
The goal is to get you where you want to be in as few sessions as possible.
In our 75 minutes sessions we will continue to work on the goals we have set and I will help provide strategies and tools in order to get you there.
I will give you homework after every session and we will continue to experiment and tweak things searching for your personal balance.
